MEB was founded in 1998 by Jodi, Libby and Melanie with just 7 fee management accounts to start out with. Encouraged by clients who were seeking attentive, knowledgeable and progressive management services, the trio (along with dedicated MEB team members) over the last 10 years has built MEB into the largest fee management company in Arizona.
Today, MEB manages over 90 apartment communities, providing quality apartment living to over 20,000 families. MEB has offices in both Phoenix and Tucson and manages apartments throughout Arizona and the Southwest. We employ over 600 real estate professionals who are dedicated to providing our clients with the best operating results possible.

We recently assisted one of our larger clients in completing the largest real estate transaction in Arizona history. MEB worked with this client throughout the acquisition and due diligence when the twelve communities were purchased. We worked with the client to re-position the properties through rehab and improved operations over a two year period of time. Although all twelve communities were purchased at different times, they were all sold in one transaction simultaneously. The effort was an incredible success for our client and one of many success stories we have had the honor of assisting with.
Fee management is our only business. It is not a sideline as it is for some owner-operators who do fee management in addition to managing their own properties. We are committed to our clients with no distractions.
