Melanie is recognized for her analytical skills and management expertise. With experience in all aspects of real estate management, she has assisted clients with various sales and development projects. Early in her career, Melanie built and sold two successful regional property management firms. She is an Arizona State University graduate with an emphasis in Real Estate and is a licensed broker in four states. Melanie has served in leadership roles for a variety of national and regional industry associations. She has also provided leadership for the Metropolitan Tucson Housing Commission and a variety of local non-profit and governmental boards.


Libby is well known for her expertise in property operations and talent management. She has experience in multi-family, extended stay hotel management, and property renovation. She also has received numerous awards for her skill, knowledge, and success in multi-family management. Libby oversees MEB’s quality assurance, training, and talent management. Libby’s early career included experience with two national property management firms. She has served in a variety of leadership positions in the industry, including Regional Vice President for IREM and board member of the Turnaround Management Association. Libby is also a leader who gives back by providing stewardship for an international children’s outreach program

Jodi has an understanding of the industry that can only be achieved through experience. She is highly respected as an industry leader and known for her expertise in marketing, technology, leadership training, and affordable housing. Jodi served both as a Marketing Director and a Vice President for a national management firm prior to starting MEB, and has taken an active leadership role in many industry associations and community service non-profits. She was a national instructor for the prestigious NAA Lyceum program and currently serves on the Arizona Housing, Inc. board. In 2013, Melanie, Libby and Jodi were the first recipients of the Governor’s Women of Achievement Award.


With over 25 years in the industry, Mark’s reputation as a premier operations expert is well deserved. He has the knowledge, experience, and leadership skills that translate into successful property operations. He has a great command of all facets of the multi-family industry and has experience in managing all types and quality of assets. He has overseen millions of dollars in successful renovations and is highly regarded by clients, employees, and peers. He earned his B.S. In Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has served in many industry and community service leadership positions throughout his career.

Scott spent 15 years with Greystar Real Estate Partners in a variety of roles primarily serving as the Chief Financial officer of the property management division of the company overseeing in excess of 400,000 units and more than 4,000 people. He was the driving influence behind several initiatives and played a key role in Greystar's acquisition of Riverstone Residential Group. Throughout his career Scott has been responsible for the legal, risk management, property management accounting and financial reporting, development and construction accounting, fund and partnership reporting and IT departments. A graduate of Arizona State University, he began his career in Phoenix with CBS Investment Realty, KOLL and Insignia Residential Group before relocating to Charleston, South Carolina and then Tampa, Florida to join Greystar. Additionally, Scott was a principal with Shelton Residential, formerly Shelton Cook, where he lead the company through a handful of major technology initiatives and added talented staff to the financial team.
